Step 1 - Identifying if a Fulfillment Center is a Good Fit...

Scale/Margins
VYBE Fulfillment Services charges an agreed upon rate per order ranging from as low as $2.50 and up. Does your small business have the wiggle room to pay for this service?

Product Complexity
The number one reason fulfillment costs go up are based on how complex it is to fulfill your orders. The low end of pricing are products/orders that are easy and simple to grab, pack, and seal. If products require assembly, or any extra steps, costs go up.

Time is EVERYTHING! Some business owners need to outsource fulfillment so they can focus their time on growing the business, rather than operating it. Other business have already scaled and want their personal time back.
Step 2 - Reach out to us via our contact form.
Whether you are ready to onboard, or you have a list of questions, our contact form is the perfect way to reach out and get the conversation started!
Once you are ready to move forward with our fulfillment services, we will schedule our first phone/video call meeting. In this meeting we will discuss everything related to your store! This will include but not be limited to your scale (orders per day/week/month), your product, incoming inventory logistics, organization and storage, package/order fulfillment, packaging supplies, shipping methods, and ways in which we can save YOU money!
In most instances, we will be able to save you enough money on packaging supplies and shipping methods (our negotiated rates with carriers), that your fulfillment costs to us will be essentially free. It is our duty to YOU!
Step 3 - Onboarding

Contract Agreement
Once we've identified that we are a good fit, we will go over pricing with you and sign a contract agreement that covers everything related to the services we will be providing for your business.

Sending Your Inventory
After the contract is signed, the next step is getting our hands on your inventory! You can use our palletized or box shipping rates, or ship everything to us on your own. Once we have shipment and receiving dates, we will schedule our next phone/video call for before it arrives.

Pre-Arrival Packaging Meeting
Once your inventory has a plan for shipment to us, we will do a phone/video call to cover everything related to receiving your orders, and shipping them out. We will make a folder for your store, that will sit at your designated shipping station within our facility. We will cover everything from sales platforms, and how you print/purchase shipping labels, to packaging supplies, inserts, stickers, etc.

Integration
After we've met to discuss everything related to packaging and shipping your orders, we will then send over a detailed email with all the integration and access we need. This would be getting integrated with any and all sales platforms that you have, so that we can easily access orders to be shipped. The goal is always to have access to everything by the time your inventory arrives to our facility.

Inventory Arrival
Now that your inventory has arrived to us, we need 1-2 business days (depending on size of your store) to open, count, and organize your product(s) on shelving designated for your store. Our team works around the clock when onboarding to do this as fast as humanly possible.

Shipping Begins
Now that we have everything we need to begin shipping, we will be packaging and shipping all the orders that come in. For almost all stores, orders are shipped the next business day. After the first 100 orders, or 30 days, our team will be taking notes, observing, and finding ways to improve efficiencies for not only our team, but also yours.

Final Contract Updates
After 30 days, or 100 orders we will schedule one more phone/video call to go over what went well, what was unexpected, ways we can improve together, and any final pricing updates. More often than not, there is no need for pricing changes. If we run into a pricing change that is needed, we come to an agreement, amend the contract and we are both off and running!
